Welcome to Travel Media Vault ("TMV"). By creating an account, subscribing, uploading content, downloading content, or using any portion of the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Membership Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements.

TMV is intended primarily for travel advisors, travel professionals, content creators, and travel industry businesses.

Verification is required before your account is approved. This includes verification of your social media accounts and/or professional websites.

Membership Accounts

Members are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Protecting login credentials
  • All activity occurring under their account

Sharing accounts or login credentials is prohibited.

Subscription Billing

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

TMV may modify pricing with reasonable notice to members.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made at TMV's sole discretion for technical issues or billing errors.

User Conduct

Members may not:

  • Upload unlawful content
  • Upload copyrighted content they do not own
  • Harass or impersonate others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized system access
  • Use automated scraping tools
  • Resell downloaded content
  • Redistribute content outside the licensed uses

Content Ownership

Contributors retain copyright ownership of uploaded content.

Travel Media Vault receives a non-exclusive license to host, display, market, and license content to active members.

Content Removal

TMV reserves the right to remove any content that:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Creates legal risk
  • Damages platform integrity

Account Suspension

TMV may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without refund.

Disclaimer

Content is provided "as is."

TMV makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Business results
  • Marketing performance
  • Platform availability
  • Continuous access

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMV's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member during the previous twelve months.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
